We are pleased to invite you to join us for the CSHE Partner Impact Symposium 2025, taking place in-person from March 18-21, 2025 located at One Ocean Resort & Spa, 1 Ocean Blvd Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville, FL.

This event is an excellent opportunity to strengthen professional development, foster multicultural collaboration, and further the impact of our partners and leaders. The symposium will bring together our 11 funded partners and members of the National Advisory Council (NAC).

Participants will:

Registration FAQ’s

Can I forward the registration link to invite additional attendees?

Please only forward the invitation link to the one additional guest you would like to attend.

How many people can I invite?

Each funded partner is welcome to have two guests. We encourage directors to attend with one additional attendee.

Is there a cost to attend the event?

There is no cost to attend the event

Can I register for multiple people at once?

No. Please register yourself alone.

Travel & Accommodation FAQ’s

 Will CSHE cover travel and accommodation expenses?

Yes. CSHE will cover all travel and accommodation expenses in accordance with our travel policy. This includes airfare, baggage fees, train, cabs/rideshare or mileage if driving.

What is the hotel check-in and checkout date. 

Guests are expected to check-in March 18 and checkout on March 21. However, guests may check out sooner 

Can I book my own airfare, train or accommodation and receive reimbursement?

No. CSHE will book all airfare or trains for all registered guests through our travel portal. CSHE has also arranged accommodations for all attendees. Your room will be covered for the duration of the event (March 18-21). Additional nights or room upgrades will be at your own expense.

How will I get reimbursed?

Within 2 weeks after the event, a CSHE operations team member will reach out with reimbursement instructions.

Will meals be provided during the symposium?

Yes. Meals and refreshments will be provided during the event. This includes a welcome dinner on March 18, and breakfast and lunch on March 19, 20 and 21. Please note any dietary restrictions on the registration form.

How will my flights or trains be booked?

Within 4 weeks of registration, a CSHE operations team member will follow up to complete your travel arrangements. If you don’t hear from us within 4 weeks, please contact Ify at [email protected] 

Can I make changes to my travel and accommodation arrangements after they are booked?

Changes to travel and accommodation must be requested at least 2 weeks before the event. Any changes after this time will be completed at the discretion of CSHE and may be covered at your own expense. 

I’m driving to the event. Will I be reimbursed for mileage and parking?

Yes. Attendees driving to the event will be reimbursed for legal parking, tolls (if applicable), and mileage according to the federal mileage rate of $0.70 per mile. Receipts and mileage maps must be provided for reimbursement.

What should I do if I can no longer attend the event?

Can I extend my stay or bring family members?

You can extend your stay or bring family members at your own expense. CSHE will only cover costs related to the symposium dates and invited attendees. Family members are not permitted in the meeting space due to limited seating.

 I speak Spanish. Will translation services be provided?

Yes. Real-time translation will be provided for spanish speakers 

 Where can I find the final event agenda?

The website will be updated with the final agenda as soon as possible. Please check back for updates.

Do I need to pay for a flight?

Yes, special discounted rates are available for students and non-profit organization representatives.

What facilities are accessible for people with disabilities?

All venues are fully accessible with amenities like wheelchair access and designated parking.

Will the event be available for online attendance?

Yes, an option to attend the symposium virtually is provided, including access to live streams and exclusive online networking tools.

 What is Cvent? 

Cvent App is an Hub for all things for the symposium (schedule, announcements, ETC)

 Do I need the app to participate?

No, the app is to enhance your experience.
